For those seeking a precise understanding of the expenses your insurance will cover, we are more than willing to submit a pre-treatment estimate. This requires providing your address and your insurance ID or the subscriber’s ID, which may be your or the subscriber’s Social Security Number (SSN). Pre-treatment estimates typically take 2-4 weeks to process and will be sent back to our office.
